• Corporate Insurance & Cashless Data: Corporate employer details (e.g., Infosys, Wipro, TCS), employee identification numbers, and MediBuddy health card/policy numbers for cashless pre-authorization.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is collected solely for legitimate healthcare and administrative purposes:

• Delivering accurate clinical diagnosis, dental care plans, and emergency interventions.
• Fabricating personalized prosthetic crowns, bridges, surgical guides, and clear aligners in collaboration with certified medical dental laboratories.
• Processing cashless corporate claims directly through MediBuddy and affiliated insurance TPAs.
• Sending appointment confirmations, reschedule reminders, post-procedure homecare guidelines, and semi-annual preventive recall notices via WhatsApp or SMS.
• Internal quality audits, infection control verification, and statutory compliance.

4. Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or health information to third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or lead brokers. Disclosures are made strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Empanelled Dental Laboratories: Digital 3D CAD/CAM scan files are transmitted securely to certified milling labs (e.g. for precision dental implants or 3D aligners) with anonymized patient IDs.
• Insurance & TPAs (MediBuddy): Clinical notes, bills, and radiographs are shared strictly for pre-authorization and reimbursement claims with your explicit authorization.
• Statutory Authorities: If required by Indian law, public health orders, or court subpoena.

5. Data Storage & Information Security

Patient health records are preserved in digital Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems hosted on secure cloud infrastructure utilizing AES-256 bit encryption at rest and in transit. Access is strictly role-restricted to licensed clinical personnel and administrative coordinators under confidentiality agreements.
